The Company
My client are the market leading company who are looking to expand in the field of Directory Advertising. Having been the Market Leader for a number of years, they can boast some of the most prominent blue chip organisations within their client portfolio, and are looking to grow their account base, and win new business. Reporting to your Field Sales manager on a daily basis, demonstrating your business acumen, positive attitude, and excellent closing ability, this will allow you to become very successful and be extremely well rewarded and recognised in this fast paced environment.
The Role
Working within a team environment and also using your own initiative, you will be required to up sell and cross sell existing accounts, to seek out new business, and present advertising solutions to a wide range of clients, these clients will vary from SME`s up to Blue Chip Companies. A professional attitude and good business to business knowledge is essential in this environment. My client offer full product training, which will be ongoing. This role will allow candidates with strong sales skills great opportunity to use their questioning techniques, closing skills, and product knowledge. The roles will suit lateral thinkers, whose hard work and tenacity will definitely be to your advantage, this results driven organisation will definitely reward you for achieving targets, and promotion will be rewarded to the determined candidate.
The Person
Ideally candidates will have a good business to business background, in addition to:- - A proven track record of face to face sales would be an advantage - Experience of solution selling would be an advantage although not essential - Excellent personal presentation and communication skills - Tenacity and enthusiasm to get the results required
